Completed tender documents together with all required enclosures shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Tender For the Procurement of Weigh Scales” and deposited in the tender box by 3 pm on May 30, 2008. They will be opened at the same address at 3:30 pm on the same day in the presence of representatives of any bidder who wishes to attend. Bids will not be accepted after the tender box is closed.
